Wood as a material exudes warmth, but its shape is its lifeblood. We handcraft our products starting with our chisels, called "kanna" (planers) in Japanese. These chisels produce beautiful curves, weaving together shavings thinner than paper.

Our company has been manufacturing wooden plates for a particular famous restaurant chain for over 50 years. We now bring that passion to you, embodied in the name "Kinergy" (wood + energy), the name by which our consumer line of products goes by domestically.
